Intent to Enroll & Financing Acknowledgment Agreement

I am applying for third-party financing for the purpose of enrolling in a Tenacity Academy coaching program.

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I have expressed my interest in enrolling in a Tenacity Academy coaching program and have requested financing as a payment option.
I understand that financing approval does not automatically enroll me in the program.
If I am approved for financing and choose to accept the financing offer, I agree to submit payment for my selected Tenacity Academy program within twenty-four (24) hours of accepting the financing.
I understand that Tenacity Academy may issue an invoice upon my acceptance of financing, and enrollment will not begin until payment has been received.
I acknowledge that financing applications should only be submitted by individuals who have a genuine intent to enroll in the program if approved.
I understand that approval decisions are made solely by the financing provider and not by Tenacity Academy.
I understand that Tenacity Academy makes no guarantees regarding financing approval.
